2020-2021 TSIC New Student Application Process
Application Check List:
Application and documents must be submitted through the online application portal. If you have any issues with the online document upload, you may submit your application materials to your school counselor or directly to the Flagler County Education Foundation at butlerc@flaglerschools.com. Incomplete or late applications and documents will not be considered.
Complete all sections of the 2020-21 TSIC Student Application
_____ Section A: Student Identification Information
_____ Section B: Household Information
_____ Section C: Employment Information
_____ Section D: Financial Information
_____ Section E: Student Information
_____ Section F: Parent/Guardian Statement
Include all documents
_____ Copy of parent(s)/guardians(s) 2019 Tax Return with student listed as dependent AND last two-month paystubs or other proof of income
_____ Copy of student’s U.S. birth certificate, U.S. passport (valid, un-expired), certificate of naturalization (Form N-550), certificate of citizenship (Form N560), permanent resident card, or report of birth abroad for U.S. citizen (Form FS-240)
_____ Copy of student’s Social Security Card
_____ Submit all sections of the application and upload all documents to the online portal no later than February 19, 2021.
Once submitted, all applications will be reviewed by the Flagler County Education Foundation staff for completion and assessed by the Take Stock in Children Flagler County Leadership Committee to determine a group of semifinalists.
