The Flagler County Education Foundation (FCEF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, serving as a direct support to Flagler County Public Schools, since 1990. FCEF strives to ensure that all students from pre-k to 12th grade have access to the necessary tools to thrive in school. Students who are exposed to innovative learning techniques are more engaged. Together we can ensure students succeed in their educational journey.
Our goal is to empower and ignite a love of learning – because once that happens there is nothing a student can’t or won’t do to thrive!
Our programs enrich educational experiences and strengthen the community by preparing today’s children for tomorrow’s challenges. There are several indicators as to how success is evaluated. Measured data is crucial to ensure your support is being utilized to the best of our abilities. A few of our indicators are; overall number of students reached, graduation rates, attendance and behavior records, and the number of students who enroll in college or a trade program upon graduating.
Financial support is needed to support our life altering initiatives. Flagler County is a rural community with pockets of extreme poverty. Education must be a focus for our young people. FCEF won’t rest until every child has the opportunity to succeed ~ it does take a village.
