Dr. Ana Blaine says, "Mentor one person, change two lives" which is the epitome of my journey as a mentor. The opportunity to support, inspire, and cheer on students, while building meaningful relationships, has taught me the true power of mentorship. Watching my current mentee grow from a freshman to a senior has allowed me to reflect on the significance of our time together. I've witnessed her character, confidence, and communication flourish as she becomes a young adult. This impactful, two-way experience has inspired me to remain on this path and hopefully continue to make a difference with rippling effects.
